We all decided to work as independent consultants because it gives us the space to build our own businesses. And because it simply gives us much more back.
It’s far more satisfying to build a good relationship with our clients in an informal working atmosphere, and really put ourselves in the company's shoes, instead of having to keep a so-called “professional” distance. We get a much better feel for the company, which leads to advice that fits its daily practice. With us, there are no theoretical reports that disappear into a drawer.

As we’re entrepreneurs ourselves, we know desk research isn’t enough to properly understand the problem.
We go into the field to find the solution. As seniors, we like to carry out a project from A to Z ourselves, instead of having a bunch of juniors do all the work. After all, loss of quality always happens during handovers. We know that from practice.

We don't do this alone: with us, everyone can rely on the knowledge and skills of the collective.
If a project grows, we simply bring in a few colleagues. So our clients experience the intelligence of a top consultant, the clout of a larger consultancy and the energy and pragmatism of our entrepreneurial culture.
