History.
I graduated in law and business economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam. I have over 25 years of experience as a strategy, change and organisational consultant, both at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and in various positions at Ogilvy. I complemented my post-graduate training as a Systemic Team Coach and leadership skills trainer with Deep Democracy, Organisational Constellations and a Diversity & Inclusion Learning Course.

I’m a runner walking the path of personal growth. I live close to the forest with my husband and 3 children.
