History.
I have over 15 years of international experience in strategy development and implementation at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Crucell and Qantas Airlines. Since 2017, I’ve been working as an independent strategy consultant for various industries. I’ve supported several biotech startups, including Leyden Labs, to develop their business plan, business model and commercial strategy, as well as sales (interim).
Focus.
Within The Strategy Office, I focus on operational strategic projects and commercial strategies. Customer insight is always at the heart of my work.
Free time.
I’m the mother of 3 children. I also like sports, the beach and catching up with friends.
